what kind is it?

Looks like a modified MK1 supa sports.
It has the same bonnet lines and front wings.

No guarantees, but I'm pretty certain that top was made by grafting the Beetle windscreen surround and pillars into a later Fiat 500/Topolino coupe Turret. Nice job with the buggy, could have been a little nicer in some styling areas, but looks much better than a lot of production cars... I'll be making a (fibreglass) top for my Supa Sport too, although mine will be completely scratch built.
