how does one do so? What simple extras/mods should be added to be able to do such on a standard beetle? IM INTERESTED.

full 2332 (with 48IDAs or big injection) or turbo EFI stroker (this means uprated fuel lines too), heavy duty trans (with berg front mount), narrowed front end (don't need it but this cab has it), rear chassis stiffeners. Remove every piece of uneeded trim and interior.

Actually not as difficult to bolt in as you think. The only real fabrication work required is the fuel lines, berg front mount and chassis stiffeners. The rest is just $$$.
Lots and lots and lots of $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
:o

koolkarmakombi - June 2nd, 2005 at 03:44 PM

wrx it

or buy a really big rubber band

typ-fre - June 2nd, 2005 at 04:07 PM

a cheaper alternative is just run nitrous to the stock 36hp engine!!!
it wont last that long though hehe!!
but still worth the fun
