I don't think it would be legal anywhere...
adding 1350 HP to Your car would at least void Your Insurance.... lol...

well if the damned thing isnt lit, there is the six inch rule, projections must not exceed six inches beyound the furthest most point of the manufactured vehicle.

so if the vehicle didnt have a factory fitted tow bar and it projected further than six inches from the bumper that would be illegal!!
or even a jet engine stuck three feet out the boot / trunk!!

It would be legal if engineered correctly.
There is a Van usually at parramatta raceway with a jet morot hangin out!
I was there last saturday, It's registered and NSW laws.
I was pretty amazed u could feel the force from the grand stand. =)
