well its either a very early oval but most prob a split
tell by the windscreen
its got a pre zwitter split lhd gaurd with the round horn grille but the rhs is the later oval type

gives it abit of a goonies look

Windscreen? What's the difference? The horn grill is a dead give-away though...

I don't see the bump in the centre over the windscreen that splits have.
maybe it's an oval with an earlier guard?

oval windscreens are bit smaller than big window bugs
top corners are more rounded off too
