Interested to know what you would suggest?

have a read here

http://www.vwtrendsweb.com/tech/0109vwt_volkswagen_exhaust_test/

A Monza flows poorly to say the least

For what you have done any fully merged tuned exhaust would flow much better
Size would depend on motor make up. Valves etc etc

As Barry already stated a good 4into1 merged header and muffler of ur choice

a nice stainless steel quietpack or fatboy would be right at home on your bug and sound sweet

got anymore pics?

Sorry bout the delay of more pics but it keeps telling me the "attachment i am trying to upload is too big"? These are simply photos taken on a digital camera and loaded to computer. Can anyone help please.
Thanks for the exhaust advice too guys. I have built pretty much the whole car myself so has been a huge learning curve. Can I get these exhausts off the shelf somewhere?
Thanks again.
