wouldnt the back one have to be running that little bit faster than the next one and so on.............
heaps of timing problems would occur yes??

I've seen the flat 8 speed buggy is referring to. Very interesting indeed.

A 16 cylinder. Wouldn't mind one of those to fire up here each Sunday morning. Although the strata title has been leaving me alone lately.

I was watching on a pubs sky chanel a while ago the tractor pulling contest that this setup would be in. Tractor pulling is where you build high torque monster engines and then fight for traction to pull a set weight in a sled over a certian distance as fast as possible.
Heaps of combination such as three Jag V12 joined, twin supercharged V8's,2x three rotor rotaries running on nitro etc etc.
