I did this ages ago but refound it today If you download it make sure that you can view the entire image. Then you can zoom in to see what the images is made of.

You can use Arcsoft PhotoMontage. Cheap. Often comes with printers... Looks good when you have thousands of photos for it to use...

Just make sure you have heaps of source images...

they are all computer images so you can print them out if you like. I have a nice one in my shed that I did.
