This is Bethany's first time with her tyres on an actual road. She is not registered yet but when the photo was taken she was on her way to a
neighbour to have her rust and bare paint spots fixed and undercoated. She is back now, but looks like she has the pox.
Suppose you can't have everything at once.

Sweet, Love seeing others getting down and dirty with their VeeDubs!!
:P
Nice one midlife, what colour is she going to be?
Slowly but surely midlife!! You'll get there eventually and it will be worthwhile
Is it just my eyes or does your fastback have "TYPE3" badges on the front guards. I'd love some but my square is heaps earlier.

How's it coming along midlife. Got it registered yet?
Nice car.....are you doing a full rebuild or just fix her up for rego?

(Dunno who)
it woudl be fixed quicker!
Will be there soon Marc!
Tazz...
Hi Guys
Bethany is going to be our driving car, if it ever gets registered, and we will be doing things to it as we go.
Tried for rego today, but they failed the car on - not having a drivers side interior trim, engine leak ( really not engine leak, looks like where the
oil filler pipe goes in isn't on properly), too much steering play and a few other really minor things. Would you believe that a bulb blew
between the Auto Electrician next door and the mechanics!
So back it has to come so we can sort out those problems and try to get them to check it again next week. (At least we don't have to pay
again)
:cry :cry :cry
Oh and YES we do have Type 3 badges on it, but I think they will have to be supaglued on to keep them!!!!!!!!!
Kathy
YAAAAAHHHOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Bethany is finally registered! Got to drive her legally for the first time today.
Look out everyone - here we come!

bumer sorry to here that after all your hard work
Yep she is back on the road. The pooooor mechanic had heart failure when he heard the noise, but replaced the torque converter and the drive plate as
they were both damaged.
Can I also say a big thank you to Leons Motors as he fixed the problem at a reasonable price.
Kathy
hoorayy shes back on the road very kool :thumb:thumb
