Well, I decided against changing the whole door skin. So instead, found where the rot was on this one. Then performed some cancer surgery. Keeping the welder temp DOOOOWN!!!! made sure the new piece of door did'nt distort :bounce

Excuse the dodgy red oxide. But it works in keeping the elements at bay. Just looks fugly!

kool i find that with the red oxide too...looks arent important if its in the process of being finished its the final product that counts :thumb
