this is my 68 beetle which has been built over the last few years. the car has 6x16 fuch alloys which you can see. the cars interior has recaro front seat and the backs will soon be discarded in way for a 6 point cage, a full complement of autometer gauges adorn the smoothed over dash these include oil temp, oil pressure, speedo and monster tacho. enginewise it has an 1835 with 120 cam, 40 dellorto's and full flow oiling. hopefully this will soon make way for a stroker motor. best quarter mile to date is a 16.3 mainly due to the freeway flier gearbox from carters gearbox's from the states. i'm reluctant to put in a close ratio box as the car is used everyday come sun, rain or snow. hope you like it.
