ok ile leave teh body of teh 60, i dident acculy mean manx i meant dune witha pipe frame, with teh motor. yeah im gonna leave teh body intact so i can baja it, the olny problem will be there will be no floorpan, just teh shell, and a 1100 or a 1200 motor left over so it isnt looking good, but iel try my hardest

Is there rust or panel damage on the 60's shell?

Does it work out cheaper to buy a car for bits parts transfer what you want and them cut into the shell for something else? Rather than buy the brake bits seperate form a car and put them in etc....

how is the motor?

The motors in real good condition, the guy bought it of some guys in teh 80's and just left in his garage, so it runs perfectly
