The Lauren Belle is a 57 splittie that was rescued from a paddock before it was to be hauled away for a fate worse than death. My desire was to restore something to its showroom condition and this came along. It is a total rebuild comprising of more rust and destroyed panels that original metal. The maiden voyage will be 2007 at her 50 year anniversary as this will be a slow resto paying attention to detail. Photos to follow at varying stages.
