My New Turbo Beetle
Y2K - March 25th, 2004 at 09:31 PM

This is my new baby. Traded the white baby in and scored this sweet piece of machinery. She cracks too.

Passed the 18's onto this baby and got it lowered the day after taking delivery of it. (Thanks Costa)

She won her first trophy at the Pineapple on Sunday

Just in case you get a bit lonely :)

Hi Andrew

Yep thanks i seen that site but they tend not to be online as often as us. Maybe they have a life, hehehe.

I think ages ago i had asked you how yours went and you said about having alot of engine problems. Hopefully this baby goes all smoothly.

Cheers

Hey Byronbus, you cant help the whiplash when the turbo kicks-in. This thing gets major torque-steer and it looses traction all the time (cause i gas it), its sooooooo fun to drive. Thanks Daz for the deal of the century, i am lovin this car. :thumb

Robo - April 2nd, 2004 at 08:28 PM

Hey there Y2K
Love the new Bug.
Have you let the big G get behind the wheel yet, or is that only a dream?
Rob....

No Problem Y2K,

Glad to help you. Now just have to find someone to buy your previously loved Beetle!

Come on Jim, You know you want it!!!

Y2K - April 3rd, 2004 at 08:15 PM

Hey Jim. The car is spotless. It has tint, rear spoiler and 16inch V5 Bora(2000)
wheels, and is a dream to drive. I loved driving it everytime since
owning it, theres just something about euro cars. You cant go back to jap
or aussie car. 'Euro is just pure class'

And the white looks 'hot' on a New Beetle. Shes also in the next issue of
VWMA

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hey Aussie BLKBUG, I looked at the site but it doesnt say anything about
whats happening in August. We'll be their from the 9th to the 20th. Could
be a day earlier and later, depends if we fly. If not, the bug is comin. She
can meet up with your baby.:cool::cool::cool:
