My new (old) Notch
bitemeoz - March 26th, 2004 at 11:12 AM

Well finally got one after about 6 months of looking and 10 years without a VW. Had a Kombi in Europe that I loved so hopefully this one is as trouble free. Its a 69 model and I'm pretty happy with it. Just gotta lower the rear end a little and fit some smaller rubber.

Yep got it for $3700. Been looking around for a while seems to be they are around $1000 - $1500 for a project with lots of work, $5000-$6000 for a really good one or around my price for a pretty good one.

That the best year for 'em, 12volts beautiful indicators and disc brakes, etc...

I also agree, dump the bum! :)

That is keen price for one mean lookin Notch, you should be proud, and yes it's sure to keep on keeping on, just like any good Veedub should!
Rock on.
