Welcome, nice ride, a wagon great for sleeping and carrying surfboards ;)

Bami - June 17th, 2004 at 01:22 PM

I never even knew about square backs until that recent VW outing to the drive ins, where I spotted a nice one among the kombis & beetles and pointed it out to Frenzix. Hmm, look what it got me into.

Nah, still loving it, just gotta find a motor etc...

after that guess bami gets engine AND whitewalls... frenzix books into doghouse,,, cept the dog decides to up accomodation fee, bami says no sorry all money has gone on whitewalls...so frenzix skulks off down road to fine nice warm lifeline bin? ( or finishes off his kombi?) ;)

*ding* $2 just realises why all these fellas in here lurve kombis soooo much!

Hi and welcome aboard!!!!!

Enjoy your Sqback :thumb

I've got one, a 1970 (Dr L)...he's a dream to drive and never misses a beat...plus he's ever so cool

Bami - June 18th, 2004 at 09:41 PM

Haha, I love reading the digs at frenzix, less work for me.

So now its a motor AND whitewall tyres. And new seats I've decided too.

Thanks for your comment too jenz, good to here about your 1970 - gives me hope that I will actually get mine up and running. And that it will KEEP on running! I agree, they are very cool.
