Hi all

Well I have been on the hunt for a new camper to replace my loved but rusty 71 campmobile for quite a while now. Last weekend the wait was over when I bought a really beautiful blue and white imported 1973 Westfalia conversion at the swapmeet.

I picked up my new toy yesterday and got it registered today and I love it. Some photos will follow.

Thanks to everyone on the forum who pointed me towards some possibilities and gave me advice about some things I was thinking of. Also thanks to Boris for selling the bus to me.

No, not original paint. It was resprayed with 2pac fairly recently. The colour is close to original though.

this is my old bus i do miss it ,i had to take some of the colour out of it so the pic would come up in the post.

That's a very nice Westy...it was at the Bacchus Marsh Swap Meet...looks like it found a good home by the grin on the little co-drivers face
