sorry about the poor photos, it was raining that day..

Interested to know a couple of opinions on the bus, for example the air intake vents.. both bay style and horizontal style... strange..

Although a lot of them were commissioned (RAAF) up north where extra cooling may have been required..

Anyways ideas and opinions on where I should take the resto much appreciated! Still have lots of ideas running around in my head...

when I brought the topic up with my local mechanic, he mentioned lowering the bus will make it handle like shit..

Then again, he is a baja owner.. Can someone please assure me things will be fine when I convert my bus into a snow plow?

guaranteed, no worries. my bus has the same beam ( althought modified slightly. narrowed with adjusters etc. you can go drop spindles to if you like.

where are you? cause if your local is unsure, then dotn get him to do anything. get some one who is pro lowering, as you will find they will take more notice and care.

hehe, thanks lobus, I think you will now become my mentor..

I will be at DOVW and would love to have a drive, I think it will put my fears to rest. I will bring some stanley knifes and maybe make a few bucks in your bus cutting grass, to recoup the petrol money..
