Nah,
lets cut the roof off,drop some fibreglass gaurds on,graft in some torana tail lights,a set of nice oversize bumpers and a Huge whale tail.
That would make it look Full crazy like!

that's just done in paint.
open the picture in paint, freeform select the car w/o wheels, then lower the car over the wheels.
that easy.
