my baja bus now with new rack, new pics

Hi all just a couple of pics of my baja bus taken a few years ago
it now has a full length roof rack with lader and wood slats, rubberised canvas sunroof, dvd player and racaro seats.
thinking of selling soon to fund my split.

Very cool that one where your splashing through the water is that on the hook point bypass track on fraser it looks alot like it

just a 1800 had twin 40 dcn webbers but now just rebuilt stocks
i even ran it with a stock1600 around oz about 6 years ago and had no probs

No Roy won't be doing that to the split the opposite infact i'm hoping to have the split low enough to park under the baja bus mind you my split looks like it has been driven like that for 40 years
but thanks to classic vdub pacific she will be looking like new one day

this rack came with the split i got from kombi_mad
i shortend it to clear the sunroof panted it hammerd metal grey and added wood slats now i have some where to put my spare and watch the surf

mate, thats awesome. love bajabays. dont think there is a better purpose... keep thinkin about your old one and the wheel rake. makes me wonder how interesting that was to sleep in?

That's some mighty big rubber you've had under both buses. What size where they just for interest. Looks like the old girl loves the rough stuff just as much as you! :cool:

hey toguns that old bus was great to sleep in you didnt need a pillow. the interior isnt to bad will post some pics soon

i found another pic of you old bus darren

the tyres are 15"235 front and 15 11.5r rear used to have 11.5 rs up front but made the front to tall
