It's been ages since i posted on here.....Been keeping an eye out though.

Anyway though I would show what ive been up too. This is our work van, a 96 transporter. It's a mad rush at the moment to finish it for summernats. All the work has been done in my shop. The van is fully shaved, doors operate by poppers, tailgate smoothed and a numberplate box welded in, Caravelle front has been welded on, smoothed rear bar, kustom made front bar, billet grille etc etc..... Van is bagged and tucks 19'' rims.

The van is green candy with candy purple, candy red marble effect, green crocodile skin and tangerine pearl swirled grafix over a airbrushed background covered with skulls over silver flake.:thumb

The van's paintwork is sponsored by PPG and they want it kept under wraps until summernats (its going to be on display at their stand). Those pics were taken Sunday arvo after its first clear coat, we rubbed it back last night and it will be flow coated tomorrow arvo. Once this is done we will wack the wheels back on and i will take more pics. :P

The van is now fully painted, windows tinted, wheels on, nearly ready to go.

Hey Alex, the rear of the van is on air bags, so it is floating on air. The front has wound down torsion bars, a little bouncey at the moment, but it will also be bagged soon. Motor is the stock 5cyl with a exhaust system.

Nicely Lowered, great colour too. If you need a Bench seat for the front, I have one sitting here in the garage in as new condition. Love to see a pic of the whol mural when it is finished.

Yeh sweet! Dads got the same model bus, and shes a lil bit lower and doesnt like speed bumps at any speed! Id love to bag dads bus thou :thumb
