So am I correct in assuming that you built this with the intention of racing it, right from the beginning? Exactly how quick was the motor when it was in this car?

It was actually meant to get road registered but something I never got around to doing.

Not as quick as I hoped. It ran a 13.8 at adelaide international (down from 14.6 at uphill eastern creek in the kombi) but it wasnt running at its best.

huntley hillclimb it has run 27.38 down from 29.05.

For some reason it wont let me put as much boost into it now so im down a little power. Handling isnt sorted. It was a chronic understeerer, now the bigger torsion bars have turned it into an oversteerer. Will take the rear sway bar right off and see how I go. I spose the tyres are past their use by date now too.

Just like the oval, I will never sell this car so I have plenty of time to play around. Only thing is that all these bloody jap engines are getting too fast. Oh well. At least my concience is clear
