G'day everyone. I'm still fairly new around here. I thought I'd show you how I get around when I'm at home on uni holidays. She's a 1980 Golf GLD 1.5 diesel. That's 37kW of raw screaming power and somwhere in the vicinity of 95Nm of axle-twisting torque. The paint's a little worn and door handles and stuff are starting to go, but it's amazing how well she's hanging on. Since my parents keep her as a daily driver, I'm looking to buy one (petrol preferred) to call my own. Anyone got one lying around?

Why thank-you sir! I've gotta say I love the colour too. After some minor panel-beating, we had some of the rear guard resprayed in original colour (albeit 2-pak this time) and damn! I wish I had enough dough to do a full respray - she'd look awesome!
