I had been planning this ever since I bought my new speakers because they are in boxes and probably quite easy to steal. It goes no way to stopping people stealing them but at least they are covered.

I used cotton because it was thin and didn't affect the sound and I used red cotton to match the colour of the car.

It uses two long velcro strips that attach to the back of the seat and the firewall and I screen printed the VW logo on in black to continue the colour scheme.

Like just about every time it looks a quite a bit better in real life. Quite happy with how it turned out, car is starting to come together...
