Thanks everyone for the comments.
The car was restored at the same time as Jen's Bel and AVWPC do a great job. However like most projects, it started small and ended up bigger than....hence the 18 months. Still not finished as I am having a bit of problem with front door trims I purchased from the US - as per my post re BFY

Mind you...the pics I took of Bert he was almost finished...trims were getting put back on him and carpet and headlining about to be done..if not done

He was often under wraps literally and I would have to lift his cover to say hello :)

They are...it was hard to bring Bel home when she was finished and leave Bert there all alone .... she almost refused to leave :sniffle:

Thanks for the photos Jen. They bring back some great memories. I still can't believe that the project is almost over although God knows when the door trims will arrive.
Looking forward to hitting the road with or without door trims!
It was ironic that the day Bert goes home he had to leave Bel behind - hope she is home now.
