hi all
started work on the respray today
as usual it will be more like a mild resto after i took the paint off the sills,lower nose widscreen frame etc
but i had a very productive day i replaced the lower nose section and repaired the windscreen frame and some other small sections.
tomorrow i will replace both sills and repair the rear drivers corner then its sand,sand,sand.
shoud'nt take to long as she is very straight.

yep the splits my daily driver still

picking away at a bog spot today i found a 30 cm long hole with a stainless steel plate behind 10mm of bog?
so it was out with the welder again.
but all the major body works done now so it sanding time.

Are you keeping the fuchs on the right and the original steelies on the left? hehehe

i'm gunna go gloss grey on the fuch side and blue on the steelie side :P
no gloss grey with white roof and deluxe trim fuch's all round

didn't get as far as i would have liked on my week off but i have no real need to hurry and i am taking more care than i thought i would.

been very slack christmas and all
any way my mate mal came over today to help sand the roof back we are going to get into it this week after work and try and finish all the sanding so i can hifill this weekend

how is this for a fold out bed
the guy i bought the bus from made it
it is a standerd seat on a steel frame with bearings in the hinges so it pulls out like a rocknroll type bed and folds up to look stock
