Finally driven it for the first time on the weekend. Still plenty of small things to finish off but it has been a lot of hard work. I lost count of
the hours of course. Did everything myself except the body work. Here is one "before" pic and few "after". Wasn't sure about the 14" Fuchs but
not I love the look specially with the white walls. My priority now is to get the engine running smooth as it has a backfiring problem which I can't
work out yet. Shouldn't be a big issue considering the engine was fully reco'd. The relocation overseas won't see me enjoying this baby much
The day I bought it
And now
Noice. I love it. Looks great.
BEWDIFUL :bounce

Wow.... those wheels look great with whitewalls, I didn't think they would just by reading the description, but seeing it is believing!! My fave model of Porsche. Awesome job, looks so pure....
Its a '60. And I just scored the perfect number plates for it now that VicRoads allow mixed letters and numbers. The plates will be T5B356. I just need RWC now

very nice Raf..love it!
Thanks All. Had a few problems with back firing and running rough but I think I got them sorted now. Was a combination of running very rich, carbs
needed sync'ing and needed new plugs. Might be up for sale soon due to relocation and also to fund the new project (read really pissed off wife) . A total rust bucket but with a lot of potential. Will take more than 3 years
to complete for sure.
Raf
Awesome! Pure class.
