my oval + new toy(pics added)

Hi to all
Just wanted to show anyone interested my new wagon. its a 56 oval obviously only owned her for week but am stoked already. plan to keep original except for lowering. will look into whitewalls and roof&ski racks maybe. very original just needs a couple of things doing to make her schmicko. got a new toy home today thanks to jason and brad. no pics yet shall try and get some up tomorrow .Thanks Rob:thumb

I thought it was 65 bussser but we took it to a guy at pt pirie and he reckons its been respayed in the original color. either way i will probably get it resprayed(few bits of surface rust). the color is actually darker than the pics suggest given the lighting when photo was taken.Rob

Well done picking up that oval!
I saw it on carsales for quite a while, couldn't believe no-one snapped it up really quick. White walls look shmick with a white car, and im sure yours will be no exception!

i drove it to snowtown(of bodies in barrel fame where i have relatives) and my old man took it up to pirie to see a vw nut up there. i didnt meet him so dont know his name but from what i gather hes been into vws for years and has a whole bunch of them(i think he runs a garage also).

yeh paul told me you dropped by for a peak dave, i gather you have an impressive fleet of your own. may see you around some time. im in the process of joining riverina vw club at the moment. the old girl needs to be driven around and shown off.

well here she is, i guess most of you would seen her advertised.shes a 64 with 64,000 original miles, needs a little work for rwc but thats all part of the fun. couple of pics of my fleet.enjoy.
