One nice Beetle.. the lack of chrome & the large windows make it look great, & My favorite Color ... I really like white beetles...:thumb very nice!!

Yeah i did as it goes !! Sorted out the few little bits needing to be done to get it rego'd and well the rest is history !!!
Needs a few things doing but haye tis cool.....

Sweet, a very tough bug. I worked with Greg for a while, even raced against your car at oran park a few years ago. I think it ran in the 9's, and I ran in the 14's. Good sh#t....:thumb

I only bought it a week before i had to come back to the UK. So not had that much fun in it yet !!! but I will be doing.
It's always nice to find out more history on my bug. maybe i'll have to put it on the strip and see how it goes !!!!!!! :D

Nice bug Mat, looks similar to mine but I haven't put one piece in yet.Do you have a problem with your front tyres rubbing on the guards with it being so low, If not what size rubber are you running.

Nope haven't had any problems with the tyres running on the gaurds at all.
Tyres that are on the front are 185/55/15 goodyear f1's.

Just an updated pic before it might all get pulled apart and a new body of the oval veriaty might get put on. don't know yet! just saves rebuilding the oval pan. Or might even sell it for the oval rebuild. Who knows.
Note to self be more decisive !
