I've finally crossed the fence and bought a waterpumper!!
I thought it would never happen...
Actually I've had a few waterpumpers before, even rice burners!! But it's been all air for the last 3 years at least.
This one has a worked 1.8 Passat donk, GTi front brakes, full Koni suspension and MASSIVE swaybars! It is really a road going race car and damn it's
fun!!!
Oh and it tows the trailer to the tip really quickly!

By the way, you haven't seen a 96 Passat kicking around down there, red VR6 with 16's and a loud exhaust.
I sold it to a guy in Bangor I think it was, in January. Would like to know if it's alive and well.

Sweet looking golf.
Great work!
I love the MkI golf's, they're heaps chunkey. I want to drop a VR6 in one one day haha, would fly.
Good luck with it, deep dish rims look outrageous on these!
Cheers
Matt
I'm in the process of sorting some rims for it. It's looking like 3-piece BBS RSs at the moment. like the ones in the second lot of pics......
This means the 16" SEAT rims will be for sale.
man keep it stock looking, like a fart "silent but violent" with a big ass motor.
Years ago my mate beetle was in for service and i was supposted to borrow it so she gave the loan golf looked similar to yours MAN it kicked ass we
were getting thirds of the lights it hammered and it was a standard golf
I think with the BBSs it will still look pretty subtle (if you can call orange subtle!!). Gotta get it lower though.
Nice Golf J one of my fav models, looks tops. volma1
Hey nice buy!!
How do you reckon those 16" seat rims would look on the notch?
Nice Car
The early ones look ace! I have often thought of getting one myself. How did you come across it.
Rob....
I knew of it. (local car) Then I saw it for sale on the waterpumpers website.
looking good simple smooth lines
Went nuts today and took heapsa pictures outside work.
I've got the new BBS RSs on now. Now I just need to lower it......
