I havent had a warm beer ever...even in London...finally got here via the US and Denmark for the last 7 odd years and theres no chance of a warm beer there either,even in minus 25 temperatures!.

Nah..Leichhardt has awful boozers but a blinding bottlo in the shape of Amato's which is a hop skip and jump away to beery goodness.

Little Creatures Pale on tap is a blinder as is the James Squire one you mentioned,also a good mention for Speights Gold Medal and Monteiths Red,Blue tongue Ginger on tap if you can get it..oooh and Crackenback Pale...and Red Emperor Pilsner...etc etc etc..

Parents and rest of family from Bilston, I was born here though. Spent 4 years back in Ludlow in the early 70's - was bloody brilliant. Saw the Doog and John Richards play....ah those were the days.
