Hi all, i have turned my older brother from the dark side to the light side, he is currently a holden man and has given me shit for years for loving the VW, well on the weekend i showed him my article about porsche brake conversion in the latest VWMA issue, in it he spotted a twin cab ute and jokingly said maybe i should have one of them for a work ute instead of his crewman cross8. I said i can get you one for a carton of beer, he said you serious, yep i replied so today we picked it up. He is wrapped there is a lot of work to do but he is very keen, wants me to build i 2 litre type 4 for it which i will and he will do the rest, and the cool thing he said i could borrow it whenever i want when it is finished. Will post a pic soon people, but that is one less commodore on the road. I bet he sells the crewman once the ute is finshed. Will keep yooze all informed of the progress, cheers Damo.

No my bro's wife won't let him he is going to paint it Niagra Blue. Although my bro wants to keep it purple, he has named it Earl as he has a list of things to do to it.
