a picture to fit on the net only needs to be 72 dpi and about 15cm. so if you reduce the picture and save it as a jpeg it will be a tiny file so you can put it on the site. im a imaging specialist!!!!

You can make some nice large files in 50 kb with JPEGs.

Try 640x480 or 720x540 at 65 quality. Both fit nicely under 50 kb in size.

it is under 50kb. images only have to be 72 dpi for internet sites. therefore 72 dpi at 15cm is only about 30kb.
