Heres my 1963 bug
its powered by a 1678cc at the moment but i have a 2110 turbo motor in the works.

Ok here is a list of the bits I have gotten so far for the money pit err I mean engine

Random Camshaft (Aussie made) High lift not to long duration (will get the exact specs later)

AS41 Case fairly worked (Clearanced etc)

CB Ultra Mag 044 CNCed heads 44x37 (Bolt on out of the box pfft they need a bit of work)

94mm Mahl forged barrels carbon impregnated (Not sure if I should get the tops ceramic coated)

Total seal rings

76mm C/w chromoly 4310 8 dowel crank

H-beam chromoly 4310 Robs with ARP bolts

chromoly 4310 push rods

Mahl Lifters

High volume oil pump with inlet/outlet

009 dizzy (locking out to 24deg)

T3/t4 hybrid turbo

Twin Renault GT 5 turbo carbs (Probably a little small for this set up but are designed for blow through out of the box)

And all the usual other crap BOV waste-gate etc

The carbs are going to be the limiting factor on the engine as they only have small throttle bodies but for the time being I think I will have more then enough HP going from 50rwhp to something like 180-200hp

I'll try to get some engine porn pics up later on as I plan on starting work on the bottom end tonight :lol:.
