Dak, No joke.
Real Deal.
She's gettin 69 pan, Replacing all panels bar the tailgate. ( Donor Fastie) 1916cc.

don't listen to the pseudo enthusuism that these guy's are throwin' at ya!
just a bit of gardening and pruning of the moss, some color and glass - and she's done!
Or I thouht I'd heard it all with the rat look - all you need to do is register it and you could start the 'Bourke's Back Yard Look'

SKEWtYpe3 - May 28th, 2003 at 10:25 PM

good luck Tazz, revive another beauty for the future !

It will look sweet as !:bounce

squizy - May 30th, 2003 at 11:33 AM

Hey Tazz,

Just for interests sake....how much did you pay if you don't mind me asking? My nephew has a chance to pick up a restorable early squareback, and a comparison would let me know how he's looking with the purchase.

Ta muchly.

Squiz......

kafer70 - May 30th, 2003 at 07:08 PM

Replacing the pan? Here's a thought. Change the pan, the body, the running gear and the interior. Keep the steering wheel and get a beetle pan, beetle running gear, beetle interior and beetle body and that steering wheel will look sweet.:D

Tazz - May 30th, 2003 at 09:39 PM

Couldn't lower myself to driving a beetle again.:P:P:P
Not enough room!
This is the new wheels and steering wheel!
