This is my 1971 Superbug that my dad, Brett Brackley from Brackley Bodyworks in Brisbane, build for me earlier this year.
He has had her for quite some time and was previously used as a bush basher on my dads land. When the time came that i was ready for a VW this is the
one his chose due to the later running gear.
My brother is my personal mechanic and he has fitted a sports exhaust to her, rebuild the carbi. She recently got overhauled at Leons motors to fix
suspension, engine mounts, gearbox seal etc.
As a gift to myself i got her custom plates this year "AVW71" (which means Angi's VW 1971)
As i am an alternative pinup model in Brisbane i am hoping to use Evelyn in a couple of upcoming photoshoots, so once i have some nicer pics i will
post them

not many moss green ones around cos its not a bad colour when its fresh but its truely awful as it ages and oxidises
