Nice lookin little notch ya got there Daimo !!!

Rear sway bar seems to be on almost the softest setting... not something I'd normally expect from you....

Those rear flares certainly don't hit the right note with me. gives me flashbacks of some of my mates butchery in years gone by.....

........well those sway bars are 26mm, and with konis set on HARD + 27mm torsions......... it's plenty harsh.

Handles well .........front bar 22mm. Same as hellnotch, so i'm calling it everyday practice

Brendan, if you want to come and fix it so 235's can go under standard guards, you're more than welcome...........they were done over 22years ago, that i can figure, so can hang around for the moment.

Daimo - casting your mind back now to the 80's - do you know if this was Alex's (female) dub from the Central Coast that used to be painted white / pink with a VW type flash separating the colour? It had those rear flares like that - and I haven't seen them on another Notch.

From what i remember Paul, it was flared and yellow when it came out of kempsey circa 1985....and then spent some time in gosford like that
, some memory of rego papers with blue when i had it at one point. I laughed at the assistant at the time

However we had another one that was all blue that seamed a quick job with very similar flares (bit squarer but) in the 90's, it was nice till a tree fell on it :(

Ill have a look around the nooks and crannies and ask the previous owners for an answer

Looks very smooth Daimo!
I have picked up a little beetle with some Hellbug running gear as the family run around.
Will use it to get used to a beetle on the edge again. Yellow looks good on it.

Nice Daimo...I reckon the combination of flared guards, widened steelies and dress rims is cool.

How cool :tu:
