this is my 74 standard vw, well parts of it anyway, the plan is to do a full ground up rebuild i can't really say it will be done in either a euro look or a cal look probably more like a muscle look. i wanted to do the car the old school way, work done at home in a garage, acrylic paint. I want the body of the car to look the way it did when it left the factory in 74. I am a spray painter by trade so i am no stranger to 2 pak its just not the look i am after.

i decided to replace both pan halves left side had a lot of rust right side not to bad but for the price of new halves it wasn't worth not changing new metal always good

primed, sealed and painted finished product looks pretty good
