Hi Guys & Girls, after many years of mini ownership we have finally gotten a VW to even things up. We just bought a 1970 Porerra? (at least thats what the badges say) only had it a couple days and haven't gotten any further than a quick polish and sent off for a tune.

Thanks everyone, I get plenty of frowns in the mini world as I have a Rover mini (therefore not an Aus built Mini) so nothing new in a bit of frowning. Am enjoying it immensly and this forum seems to be a wealth of information. Thanks for your kinds words and am really looking forward to learning some more about the Vdubs

i personaly like these, to me it reminds all those porshe guys out there that all they got is a beetle with a bit of extra trim and a huge pricetag
