Hey this is my 66 beetle
I bought it a few months ago and heres the slow progress

painted and cleaned the engine, started finding rust and cutting it out, also painted the wheels matt black :crazy:

Hey mate i scored them off a friend, there mounted by riveting them from the inside with the window down im pretty sure but Im not fitting them until I respray it so in this picture there just sitting there.

My new fibreglass glove box just arrived. I bought it as the factory cardboard one was wrecked. got off ebay for $50 with postage and looks like good quality and thick/strong fibreglass

Sorry guys have had no time to work on it . Going to sell it until I have more time to commit to a project. Passenger door is rust free an drivers door has been properly repaired, have a repaired deck lid for it just needs to be put on. Most body rust has been cut out and repaired. Engine starts and runs well. Front right wheel doesn't roll properly. Can still be driven around but the brake needs to be looked at on that corner. As you can see in the pics seats are good besides drivers one. Has a repairable bonnet. New fiberglass glove box to be fitted. Original steering wheel. New industrial 6v battery. Comes with side steps, etc. everything to finish it plus heaps of spares. Anyone interested shoot me a text or call on 0400758333 and make an offer.
