Hi this is my green bug. It's a 1963 model.
Bought for $200. Spent $200. Good car.

Yep, i sure was lucky.
Bet i can't get anything like that now......
The paint was $20 and it's the origanal colour. Torquise Green.:thumb

Yep i sure am from tassie.
But the car has Restricted rego so i can only drive it in a 2km circle.
But for $110 a year i can't complain!:P

Do you think original wheels (blue with white and a red vw logo hubcaps would look better than green wheels (the ones i have on now.) This really is confusing me which ones i should put on. Or the original ones with no hubcaps? Please help me my aussie dubbers.:thumb

When you drive the 2 km circle can you drive it the other way roundas well? Otherwise you're gunna wear one side of the tread down more on the curve;):thumb

Hey jenz58 my dad owns a 30 Acres in Tasmania. In the bush and 1km to the beach. Ive taken it on the beach once and she goes quite well. And that will be the last time too. Bill.
Ps. You might see her at the Calcuvate 50 Anniversiary club run around Tasmania.

Hey i have a front and rear towl rail bumpers. The front ones in good condition but the back one needs to be recoated in silver.
