nice splitty, great times ahead. cheers T killer
Awesome Taren,
I felt bad about you missing the Newcastle 66. (it didn't last for long but it was definately a feeling I had ).
Will we see it at the Woodford Pub Run?
Just stick it in Ians shed. He's retired and was not going to make the easter 2013 Hotrod show so may as well work on the 66 for ya

Very funny Brad
I hope that when I do get the rod finished I will have a few Dub Nuts there for support
One thing for sure my shed is never empty
RETIRED I was once and then I built one bloody splitty and look what happened
Cheers

Nice one Tarin, this looked like a good project when I saw it advertised. Even thought seriously about it for a second until I realised one rusty
splitty is enough to keep me busy for a few years, never mind two! Let the planning begin!!

So now there is another QLD 66!!!!
So Ian started the ball rolling all those years ago, Tarin and I almost had a photo finish (in both timing of our busses and on the same bus).
Now there is a new one and its pretty hot!!!
I was heading to the Sunny Coast (Around the Noosa area - I won't disclose his actual location on his behalf) as I was going to pick up this great
little roof rack that only requires minor mods but already looks great on the tin.
And a block away from where we were going to we saw this beauty!
1966 11 window with extra's picked up 1-2 weeks agon from down south.
The owner (I am terrible with names - Scott I think???) came down the drive cause he heard my engine and knew it was another dub. Lovely guy and great
bus. Its running a 1916 and is finished very tastefully. the interior is really neat and tidy, and the lucky bugger even has a radio (No singing in a
crap voice for him!).
I have told him about the woodford lunch run, it may be a bit close to his wedding but he said he would try to come along.
triple 66 pack!
Went to Ians to sort Bud out yesterday and found the split wearing a roof rack just like that one!
Man it's weird when i see what Ian first started when he got Angus and then your bus and now the one i've got, 66, 11 window, white and how it all
came about .
