if you want it as a avatar...
just right click the pic. bo to properties and save the top detail of pic. then go to your profile and copy into avatar.

I use micromedia fireworks for animations but there are lots of others out there.

you can get a nice free one from jasc its wat i use well its a gif thing but it works well:thumb
