2 or 3 bags of cement on the passenger seat might do the trick....or you could contact Indian Automotive in Sydney..

(i did the same to my 76, i also got the spring plates adjusted down 3 1/2 inches, she rides beautifully, it used to be nosebleeding )

forgot to mention. that was the reason i put the adjustable front end in...then i thought that if i put the front down very lo then i need to get the arse end down...and now there is nothin else to lower...
i did see a couple of cement bags down the road yesterday though that got me thinkin.
