Hey all - Look at my first Bug!! so cute ;-)

Hey all, I was 'Joey83' but that was when I had my last vw.
I am on the lookout for another one now so I thought I would get a new user name!
When I first joined up I never did the whole new member thing so HELLO EVERYONE! My name is Jo obviously and I live in Bundamba, Brissie :) And....I LOVE VW's!!

Anyways I am sure you will all be hearing lotz from me in the future!

Hi marc,

I am looking either at a 1969-70 model bug. If it has minimal rust, a straight body and is fairly good mechanicly that's what I'm after.

Hello!!

Thanx frenzix and that was a very easy explaination, hope it works! Well if it does this is my old bug...my very first car, and this was the first day I got it!!
It was a suprise from my family and everyone knew about it except me :) They even put blue ribbons on it. Aww how sweet. Ain't it cute?

You must be nice to your family. All I ever get is rubber dog poo and vomit. When they're really nasty, I get the real thing!

What did you do to get a bug then? If I did it 3 times as much, do you reckon I could get a KG or a Split?

hey vwombat, my dad bought it for me as a first car so i think it's because my brother got one and my sister will have her first car given to us. So it's good that whatever they bought for my bro or sister they buy for the rest of us lol Sometimes it'd be good to be an only child and have it all!!!!! bwaaaaaaaaaaa hahahahahaha ;)

Yes it's very cute! It looks like it has a sunroof? Sorry I am vw clueless at the moment, which I'm sure will change after a few months on this site.

Hello everyone! Just to let you know that bug was given to me as my first car back in 2001 but I have sold it since :( I am now on the look out though for a new beetle!! :D And then after while I plan to save up for a classic one and do it up.
And thanx for your comment Bami, it did have a sunroof but it did not come standard like that, we had to put it in ourselves.
Hello Judy again :) I actually have moved to Bundamba now, and go to the tafe there. So no doubt when I get my nb you will see me driving around. I have seen a red nb driving around alot by a woman and then a niiiiiice silver one with a cute lil spoiler. Anyone know who they are?
