welcome , to post a pic go to new topic and type in what you want to say at the bottom of the post is a brouse box click on that and find the picture in your files making sure its smaller than 300 picels or its may not be posted and click it into the box and click post that sounds simple but it took me a while to work it out

If you want to get your pic up as an avatar then you need to have it published on the web somewhere, you should have some webspace with your ISP. Generally on the ISP website there should be an explanation on how to publish a webpage, if you want to put a picture up just put it in this webspace, and then copy the link into the avatar place in your profile. hth

It needs to be a animated Gif file....
