Hi all
Just joined, hope to learn from you.

Welcome Emma!! :sandrine
Hi Emma...welcome!!:bounce:bounce
welcome. we might learn from u 2...
so what do you have
I think it is a 1971 beetle. It is yellow and I have tweety plates, so it is called tweety.
you think? check your rego sticker for the year model. do u know if its a superbug or a standard? oh and welcome to the forum. hope to see some pics of your ride. :bounce
How can u tell difference between superbug and normal bug?
supers are more round in the nose, have strut front end and have a slightly bigger fuel tank
look under neath the front guards......do you see springs coiling around a strut which sits in the body at the top. if u open the front hood u will
see 2 black rubber round things, one on each side of the car in the wheels arches. if so then its a superbug, if not then u will have a beam front end
and your shocks will be attached to shock towers attached to the front suspension unit. and it is a standard bug.
i hope that made sense
Nick
