Is this image to large to be attached under my name if so can some one tell me how to reduce it and also how do i insert it into my profile

Yes, it is too big. If you use Windows use something like PaintShop Pro or Microsoft Office's Photo Editor to downsize it. On a Mac, there are many image editors available, but I don't know the names of any as I've not been a hard core Mac user for about 7 years now. On Linux, use mogrify from Image Magick.
