Some answers would be good?

Some clues would help :)

Turn off "Friendly errors" in Internet Explorer's Advanced page in Internet Options. This tells me a bit more about your specific problem. Once I have that, I can either encourage an ISP to refresh their cache, fix the problem our end if it exists there, or do more troubleshooting.

Can you also let me know which ISP you are using, and what browser (and version) you're using.

Well i dont think it ISP related.....
As i was talkin to Bronze on icq and he had the same prob.
And it seems that other people had the same prob at the same time....

I'm using IE ver6...
But i cant see that being a prob either...
It was the fact that most of the time all we were getting was 404 error's or you would get in and you could not go anywhere....
if you tried to get into a new thread...
you would get a 404.... or the old "this page connot be displayed....
It seemed that someone was working on the site...

The probs were actually related to a world wide virus which crashed a lot of routers. What would happen is that you would be accessing the forum though a certain router then the spam would bring it down so the connection would be lost. Then you would log in again and a new route would be used then the same again.
It was kept pretty low in way of news reports as they are trying to discourage publicity chassers. I can cut an paste a few articles if anyone relly cares.
At the end of the day, it wasw ISP related, sort of. Either way it was a long way from within our control.
