Hi there

Just joined up, my nephew directed me to this forum and I'm liking what I've read so far. I've recently purchased a 65 bug. I know enough to say it's not factory convertible!! It's been converted into a convertible and hasn't been cared for in the manner to which it will become accustomed to. The interior is trashed, the engine is a rebuilt 1500 and I can't tell you much more than that.

It's got that Vdub sound though and I love driving it!! Any advice about traps for young (or not so young but just as foolish) players would be greatly appreciated.

I'm in Adelaide, so if anyone spots a grungy green VW with a funny looking covertible top and stupid purple and green stripes on it, the sucker inside is me!!
