Will take some photos of my Pretty Blue Bug tomorrow after I've cleaned and acquainted myself with her inside and out... but she goes like a gem after being 'clunked' into 1st gear! Hahaha

Congrats on your new bug and welcome to the forum ! My first bug was a blue 68 semi auto ! I could never explain the concept of it to my friends, they thought that it was too weird !!!!

Being a Melb car no doubt I will see it at up coming shows, am looking forward to it !

And some of my friends have been converted to VW fiends now after seeing it! Hahaha ..... but I'm yet to show my Dad. He failed his first driving test many years ago in a VW Beetle, and hasn't liked them ever since..... still, I think this one might just win him over, so wish me luck!

Yeah, Stuy is awesome. He goes above and beyond, and that's rare in people. It's been so good to see him standing and staring at my Beetle with such a proud look on his face! That just adds even more to the fact that I'm so going to look after this car!! It's my baby now.....

Ooooh!! I bought the first 'addition' to my Beetle on the weekend.... so tomorrow I shall put up some pics of it!! It'll be good........
